Media blasting is a technique that is used to get off that nasty white calcium line or any other line around your pool. The white calcium line that you will get around your pool is caused by hard water. There is really no cure for this. We do offer solutions to protect your water line from this terrible tragedy, but it never stops the problem from re-occurring in the future. That is why we offer bead blasting. We can take that calcium line off and make your tile or pebble tec look brand new again. Just so you can see how great this technique is we put a few pictures below of pools we have done in the past.
We would recommend that you drain your pool/spa to get rid of all the hard and old water that may have been the cause of the build-up of calcification in the first place. After we clean the calcium off the waterline, we will then apply an optional TPS Coating. This will help protect the water line from calcium build up in the future. This works great on tile!
